How To Memorize?

We all have this problem, how to memorize? Like storing any data to the hard drive in a computer it is the human brain that stores anything that the human wants to store. As we use the term "storing" in computer we use the term "memorize" in the way of human life. Memorizing in simple terms can be defined as something that your brain will remember and is to "learn it by heart". Using the following techniques will help you to memorize a note, the bible, the quran, an article or anything.

How to Memorize? : Step by Step

Initially do not stress your self. It is important that you have control of your distractions.
Have a cup of water
Have a pen or a pencil and a notebook and write what you have to memorize.
Go to a silent place where you feel relaxed.
Read out loud what you have written for about two or three times and then close your eyes and keep repeating the sentence without looking at it.



How to Memorize? : Tips

The best part of the day to memorize is before you sleep or early in the morning.
If you're trying to memorize something short it is better to have it written in a note card and keep it along with you and read it often.
Make a question and answer session with someone and have a visual idea of the situation.
If you have a list of points to memorize, think of a word or make a word for your self by listing out the whole point.
Do not stay in the same place when memorizing. Change rooms once in a while or walk your self while memorizing.
Have a periodical break. May be five minute after working every half an hour.
